I lost another 2 pounds today and it's great to be under 190. The further away I get from 200 pounds, the better I feel. It's fun on the days when I've lost to enter a new weight on the elliptical and treadmill when I do them. And it's really fun to enter a new weight on the Weight History - how I love to see those little dots going down, down, down! Today I did really well at the gym. I did over 2900 steps in 28 minutes on the elliptical, I did my run/walking on the treadmill, and I finally incorporated some abs! Now I just have to force myself to do arm weights. My blood sugar is doing pretty well. It's very frustrating. Once I get consistently down to the 100's and 110's, I try to add some starch with dinner. It's okay for a while, but then adding half a potato spikes me up to 146, which is not cool. I'm back down again, I'm thinking of trying beans. Last weekend I ate a quarter cup of rice with my stir fry and I did fine. It's so frustrating. I'm supposed to eat some starch, but even being careful it's a problem for me.
