FS Folks:

I think it is time to start doing a bit of gym work. I walk everyday and I use wrist weights but I need some strength and resistance training. I live very close and am a member of Planet Fitness ($10 a month).

I think I will start by doing one of those circuits where they have like 10 machines that work on different parts of the body. I think it takes 30 minutes to complete the circuit. And, I will try to do more heavy resistance rather than a lot of reps. We will see.

And, I want to to get a few bike rides in before the season closes. We have wonderful trails in Pittsburgh. In fact one trail goes all the way to DC. When you are in "shape" there is nothing liking riding the trails next to the river in Pittsburgh.
