Woke at 223.0, up 1.6 from yesterday after a large late dinner. In fact I am still full the next morning! I have to judge a chili cook-off at lunchtime today but I will take small samples. Targeting 2046 calories today. UPDATE: Em and I got off a little early and Jason and Denise picked us up at the train and we went to our favorite restaurant, Mama Stella's. Enjoyed a huge chef's salad and veal parm. A few glasses of wine, too. Non-keto net carbs, but not too high. Again, weighed in after a big dinner, so weight is up. Just a few days before Emily returns to Chicago so we are enjoying every minute we can!

Why don't people ask me to do those objective difficult tasks?

LOL. It was great. Only two chilis but they were both good. One was all meat and sauce, so it worked out well for me. The other one was more of a salsa type chili and was great, too. Also had sour cream, guac, and cheese, so I was able to get some good keto stuff in there.
