Janet Jackson had me running today. :-) Okay, so it was only her music. :-) I went to workout, and during the course of walking my two miles, rather than listen to Gospel music, as I normally do, I was listening to Janet Jackson, just for a change of pace; and it turned out to be just that. I was motivated, by the beat, and groove, of the music, to start jogging during some of the songs. :-) The interesting thing is I always wear a ten pound backpack, which my stuff happens to be in. It may not sound like much, but it's an extra ten pounds of pressure on my knees, and I'm not a small guy. I'll be going through my MP3 player to find other music that motivates me in the same way.:-)I also got in a workout on the weight machines. Overall, it was a pretty good workout. :-) Have a great day everyone; my lunch is waiting; time to eat. :-)
