Yay! I suspected that the increase from my birthday week was partially due to water retention, and it looks like I was right. A few days of healthy eating again, and I'm back to where I was before. :)

(Somewhat embarassing TMI side note - in addition to the water retention, there was probably a little extra weight from being...um, backed up...which has also corrected itself with a few days of healthy eating.)

The good news is that I have been given a reminder about how much better my body responds to healthy eating. :)
187.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL. Hey, it happens to everyone...sometime. I think I agree to that. Seems the body responds better to healthy foods! But I am OK with that!

Hahahah I know all about being "backed up"... ;) It's always nice when your body resolves that problem and it results in a loss! Wa-hoo! Doing great, girly!! :)
