Day 80 of new lifestyle, and I've been so bad this week. A week-long birthday celebration and cheat-week isn't a good idea. For the most part, I did pay attention to calories while not outright logging them. I stayed on track except for Friday, my actual birthday, and yesterday, where we went a bit crazy with wine. I'm definitely paying for it today. I feel so sick, my stomach is so upset, and I can't think about wine or junk food without wanting to puke. It's a good thing, though- I don't want or crave the bad stuff now. I had a good time, but now it's back to work.

I weighed myself this morning, the damage isn't too huge. I also started my period yesterday, so who knows how accurate this weigh-in is.
