Day 81, and I had an excellent work out yesterday. I've been slacking on the exercise front for the last week and a half, but I finally got myself to the gym yesterday after work and kicked butt. It's pretty interesting; I used to dread going, particularly after work since I was always tired after working 8-9 hours. But now, I really look forward to it. I just relish the "me" time. I listen to music, I read my book, and I don't have to talk to anybody or please anybody. It's a nice feeling.

Revelation: I'm not losing weight just for me. I recently realized there is so much more riding on this, my weight loss journey, than just me. My fiance who has stuck by me is riding on this. My little sister, who is proud of me, is riding on this. My parents are riding on this. I need to do this for the people who matter to me. I need to set a positive example for my younger sisters and small nieces. I need to do this to get a healthy body, so after getting married, I can make healthy babies. I need to do this for the people who look up to me, but also I need to do this for the people who look down at me. I've got to not let myself down, and prove all the people who think I can't do this wrong!

You are so right..I mean the real reason all of us are doing this is because we owe ourselves a healthy body and the people that love us dont deserve anything less...setting an example for your little nieces is very admirable.
