So this morning it was Plyometrics - the "jumping" dvd. Unfortunately, due to ALOT of standing (my husband and I are photographers on the side and took alot of photos) the majority of the weekend, my knees have just not been happy, so I didn't jump but still brought it.
Kudos to us though - we were surrounded by yummy fattening things and we planned the whole time. Neither one of us exceeded our goals - of which I'm super amazed - and it is totally a God thing!
Still worked out over the weekend - no matter how much little sleep I got, I still got up and did the workouts. Challenge 1 done! Next the girl's weekend - which will be in just a month will be Challeng 2!
Plus since I did not get my first 2 miles done yesterday - I will be getting 4 miles in tonight to catch up. My husband thinks I'm nuts. He knows I already sleep really well doing the P90x workouts - and now to add walking 2 miles every night during the week on top of that. Surely I must have cracked! I just want my belly fat to shrink - and usually that will do it.
Hope everyone had a great weekend - and hope you have a great week!!!
