I finally sat myself down and admitted I do not know how to do this on my own. I cannot do my own version of this diet. I need to follow it like the devil is chasing me down a slack line, right to the letter. It actually does work unless you deviate. Logic and what you think you know about food, weight and age, just throw it out the window. Pay the money and do the program......
