I had only 30 minutes to workout this morning, so I pushed myself and burned 400 calories. It felt good -- when it was over! hahaha.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sometimes you have to push yourslf to get thru a workout...i often have days like that..wednesday is usually my day i have to push myslf the most..but like you said you always feel so much better after you have accomplished the workout...

I agree- your exercise commitment is inpiring. I haven't touched base with you in a while, hope you're doing well. Holidays are always hard food-wise, good idea to have some fast and hard workouts.
