WOW, I am impressed with my new WOE, and my progress in choosing foods to eat, that is low carb, and high protein, high fat.
I am getting better at that, Thank God, so I am feeling so much more confidant in my choices of foods, and what I choose to eat, either at home, or even in a restaurant.
I learn so much here, and I try hard to put it to good use.
I have a weigh-in tomorrow. Hope I see a difference in my scales, but even if I don't, that is OK. For I know by the way I feel in my clothes that I am losing at least inches. Inches I will take!!!!

Yes Judyrose1997, I will be recording the numbers tomorrow morning. No matter what they are. As much as I have went under calories, and my exercise using so many more than I have taken in, I should be down. But I am not going to hold my breath. lol Yes D2jasper, I always take the fitting better than any numbers my scales throw at me. always.
