First weigh-in today. I am so nervous! I have been doing this WOE for a week. What if it was pointless? What if it isn't pointless, but there's no evidence of that on the scale?
I need to remind myself that I feel better, have had no heartburn, and no food cravings. Regardless of weight loss, this is a good path. And if there is no change, I will take my comfort from my measurements. There had better be change there!
Also, my official starting weight was taken on Wednesday, so this is really only a 4-day count. And my face looks thinner (or maybe just less bloated) with a much more define jawline. All of this is worth it.
Plus, "playing the game" of what to eat and entering it is here is still pretty fun. I'm in until next Sunday at least, to complete my induction.
