I'm a Manager of a really fast paced retail store and previously extremely skinny 96 lbs at 26 years old (had a baby, now 14 years ago and haven't lost my baby weight) now I'm lovin 40 and feel the need to eat better and walk... why? I have no idea.
As far as this site goes, I'm an addict. Great ideas, recipes and people!

GOAL #3 - 125 lbs by May 15th/12 - decided to change my goal to 130 lbs instead of reaching for 125. Anything else is icing on an incredible cake :) time to tone it up! P.S. I still get my cheeseburger and fries with gravy!!!!!!!
(Goal #3 reward - cheeseburger, fries with LOTS of gravy lol!)

Looking for a few diet buddies
I'm 40 years old and i'm looking to lose about 25ish lbs (hopefully). I want my appearance to match my personality Smile Fun-loving, laid-back and generally happy.

Breakfast Ideas
Oatmeal with fruit, fruit in general, bagel thins (mini bagels) with crushed fruit on it, heck... have a piece of pre-cooked chicken and veggies if you're in the mood Smile Pretty much anything goes as long as you exercise a little and eat within reason. I'm always crazy rushed in the mornings as well, good luck!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every single morning within a half an hour of waking up but before I eat. If it's bad news I can think back and figure out where I went wrong, I don't get discouraged... yet! If it's good news, then I have a lighter step that day Smile
