Yay, another pound or so down! I haven't been keeping to the diet 100% by any means, but it seems the time I have exercised more self control is making this progress happen. It's not fast, but then again I am very fortunate to have progress at all considering how I am mostly sedentary and I still struggle a lot with recording everything I eat and staying within my RDI- especially at nighttime. If I can start maintaining my RDI instead of exceeding it I will probably see more change. I'll take what I can get right now.

Omron body fat monitor readings:
(Weight 166lb)
Body fat percentage:30.4
BMI: 28.1

Distance to goal: -36lbs/-13.4%

Just realized that in about a month's time I've lost almost 4lb! :-D
