Lisa Kay's Journal, 12 March 2012

Rough few days probably prevented loss! Had to travel for my fiancee's dad's funeral, then spent all weekend moving with just a pickup truck. Still managed to eat OK, but am totally beat! Wishing you lots of luck. Transitional times are always the hardest for trying to stay on track. Great idea having the food plan every day. :-)

How are you doing?

Sierra--I'll be honest, I have had a hard time sticking to it the last week!! It came down to just making wrong food choices and not having the time to exercise like I want to! We are all moved now and I am READY to get back on the horse! How is it going for you?

Oh just staying the course. Weightloss has slowed but that could be the normal stalling that comes every so often to let the body adjust. Also TOM came back around yesterday,so that could be a factor also. Moving is very stressful and it is understandable to struggle during that. You have the right attitude though, so you will bounce right back I am sure!
