Holding steady, only one lbs lost this week, but that's OK with me: I feel my period coming on so that's gonna affect the scale. Need to be better at logging EVERYTHING I eat...and logging every day instead of trying to remember what I ate yesterday, lol. This week ended school for a bit, maybe a 2-week break. But then it's back at it. Trying to make many changes at once around here: school, dieting, house de-cluttering. Hope I don't burn out.

Budget is going to be tight for this week, I hope I can keep reasonably well on Paleo. It's going to be a BIG egg week methinks! Good thing I love eggs. Eggs, tuna, and salad; not too much in the budget for good meats this week. I'll live.

As a rule of thumb I don't eat till I log it in.

I have severe, irreversible CRS, which is why I signed up for this app. My partner was tired of my "wait is it even possible that I'm hungry right now, didn't I eat blah blah already or was that yesterday?" Worst case, I scrawl foods and weights on a paper towel as I'm throwing together a meal, and enter it as I'm eating or right afterward. Tight budget, I know the feeling. I'm dropping some other important stuff so that I can spend a lot on food, while I adjust, but I've had times of just buying for sustenance. Yeah, eggs! Sounds like you have a lot on your plate! Hope you get some rest this week, too.

Interesting comment? It must be your diet? I eat throughout the day. It is a good idea MamaG to jot things down in a little notebook or pad throughout your day and log when you have time. BUT if you're doing any type of counting with limits you need to know your food choices or stop and record like From371to184 says. As his name implies, he didn't get where he is without figuring out a few things along so listen to his wisdom. There's always something there to help you.
