The scale don't lie! I gained a pound. I'm not surprised. I have been eating too much and making some bad choices this week. I can see that if I want to lose the weight, I have to play by the rules. I go back to work this week and I'm going to be extra vigilant about making good choices.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
