I'm 32 years old, a stay at home mom and college student. I have struggled with my weight for ten years. I put on extra weight during my pregnancy and haven't been able to lose it. In the past year I have gained an additional 10 pounds and I am now the heaviest I have ever been at 169 pounds. My goal is to reach 130 pounds.

Back on track
Well. I had a rare weekend out with my husband and did not count my calories. There was much drinking and merry making.Laughing I am going to try to be on target with my calorie count this week. I also plan to exercise 5 days this week. It's a good day for thinking healthy thoughts and making happy choices! (I've added Peggy Lee's, "It's a Good Day", to my music playlist. It helps me get in a positive mindset when starting the day)
