I've been going over my calorie goals so I want to work on staying under. Eating more vegetables would make it easy but I have to eat what's in the house until pay day 😅.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
