UGH! I'm gaining weight...which is why I don't like weighing myself!
I've followed my meal program to keep under 2K calories, plus walking as much as I can after knee surgery which is at least 30 minutes a day. It frustrates me to see this happening. I don't intend to stop working my program. I just didn't want the scale to tip this way.
So it's a full moon and my gut is feeling bigger. Oy!
I did manage to pick up the two year membership for 24Hr Fitness, at Costco. It works out to 12.50 a month. The one near me is actually open 24 hours and has a lap pool. I intend to take classes since that is what energizes me...also the cardio machines will work as long as it's no impact.....another day on the journey
