Hi, so do you know what racial of carb to protein to fat I should have in a day to loss weight or do you know who I can ask Patty

pattywela - Roughly about 70% Fat, 20% Protein, and 10% Carbs. If you can keep carbs lower that 10%, that's good. If you need to get your calorie count up, do that with more healthy fats. ie... adding butter, coconut oil, mct oil, ect... to your foods.
