Only lost half a pound today and I understand why as your body does slow down at times with regard to the weight loss. This is great I will do fantastic and I just need a diet buddy.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
