10st 9.5 Fat 26% No WW. Cautiously delighted with this only-since-Mon result, the caution stemming from my daughter last week having an unexpected 4 lb loss so maybe the Wii is just broken and stuck on that?! It surprises me anew every time I get back in to the WW plan that if I eat the good foods and eat regularly, making sure to eat snacks etc, how filling it is and how few cravings I have because in the main I'm satisfied. I'm still using the old ProPoints (it's been a nerve wracking week of hoping it would work!) and also trialling a friend's very simple algorithm for a positive week so maybe that's helped too. And for the first time in goodness knows how long I went swimming on my own no less that 4x this week like the old days (altho only the quarter mile not half mile, but hey, beats sitting on the sofa!), even on the day my swim buddy cancelled which would have been easy to skip. Got to build on this promising start, hoping to lose half stone by Romanian hol at end of Aug, to make the 1500 step stair climb in sweltering heat a bit more doable! But have a half board hol to Scarborough with MIL and girls art beginning of Aug to contend with first...
