10st 8.8 Fat 26.1% No WW. Half a feckin pound!!! :( And I've been so good. Just got to hang in there (not letting tomorrow's afternoon tea totally derail me!) and hope for justice next week when time of month over...
148.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
