Well work's been busy, so I've just kinda been recording my calories, and that's it. I saw 246.4 on the scale this morning - 2.2 pounds down from Sunday. Who knows if it will stay, but it is encouraging.

I'm doing fairly well with my calories lately. I think frozen dinners are just too small to last the whole day, and I need to remember to have some healthy snacks in between.

I've started eating Danone Oikos Greek Yogurt - Cherry Flavoured. It's fat free, has 8g of protein, and I would say 100% yummy for only 90 calories.

Well back to reviewing my audit file!

2.2 down is great and so is that yogurt lol Glad to hear you are doing well with calories, it helps keep me motivated when I do well for a good stint!

Woohoo! 2.2lbs down is great! That yohurt sounds pretty nice too, I may have to see if we can buy that near where I live :)

Thanks All! I've been in a slump lately, but perhaps my body needed it to be reminded how to lose weight again! I definitely haven't been exercising as much - just too tired, but that's okay, I'll get back into it soon enough.
