Many keto followers have done Egg Fasts to break a stall they're in. Which is why I'm doing it. But only for three days.

I am on day 2ish of the egg fast. I tried half day on Friday & Sat (had parmesan chicken wings for dinner) but even the half day of it broke my stall.
Sunday was my first full day.
