Well, I thought I was falling off the wagon here. I haven't recorded my food intake in like two weeks. I do however feel guilty eating junk food, so I've been avoiding it. I've been drink tons of water. I logged in today, to see how everyone is doing and it flagged me to weigh in. I weighed in today to find that I have lost another 6 lbs. I was so happy, I thought I would have gained weight. WOW...I haven't failed myself afterall. :)
174.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
