I love life, but hate the body that my soul currently resides. I need to desperately lose weight so that I feel like myself again. I'm so over-weight that I no longer do the fun activities I used to. I have never lost weight, only gained it. I used to be 110 lbs. from the time I was full grown (18 yrs) until I got married at 25 yrs. old. At that time, I went on a medication called Paxil for anxiety and I've been fat ever since. I started gaining weight the month that I started the medicine. I went from 110 lbs to 190 lbs in 10 years. I cannot stand it anymore. It's time to go back to my skinny jeans. Wish me luck! I will look like my old pictures...you just wait! :)

COFFEE
This is what I do:
Buy Folgers Flavors (I like Vanilla)

It only has 20 calories per cup (brew it in a regular coffee machine-I have a cheap little 4 cup coffee machine)

I then add International Delights Vanilla flavored Coffee Creamer (Liquid)

It only has 30 calories per serving.

Mix all together and add a bunch of ice.

Very low in calories, yet delicious!
