Started back with counting calories on Tuesday. Not a bad result for a first weigh in. Day 1 of crunches is going good, hopefully my ABS will come together again, instead of the flappy split ABS I sport right now.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
