#LCHF #Lowcarb Dinner from last night. Cheesy Beef, Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole. Leftovers for lunch today! 👅😍

I really don't have the macro count on this. I may make it look easy but I'm surely not perfect in it. I'm not strict Keto, I don't always follow certain recipes and grams. But, I just try to keep in mind carb count. This is basically veggie, meat, and low carb dairy (heavy cream, mozz, cream cheese). I don't always try to eat many heavy meals but some days I need comfort food to ease my craving from eat a whole loaf of french bread hahahaa

Ingredients from what I can remember: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cheese Sauce (Heavy Cream, cream cheese, mozzarella), grape tomatoes, and ground beef. All mixed together in a casserole - baked.

That looks very filling and delicious! It's one of those foods that look "naughty and nice" at the same time! lol Thanks for sharing the ingredients! I think I might try this as a "cheat meal" just because compared to the lighter things I've been eating, it looks decadent! lol

Exactly. It's my comfort food, yet it's still low carb. I needed this yesterday. LOL!

I don't really have a recipe. Just threw it together. lol Ingredients from what I can remember: Cooked Broccoli & Cauliflower to semi soft, Poured Cheese Sauce (Heavy Cream, cream cheese, mozzarella), sauted grape tomatoes, and cooked ground beef. All mixed together in a casserole - baked. 400 degrees for 30 mins
