Been awhile!

Jut got back this past weekend from a glorious vacation in Bar Harbor, Maine. So you know the drill -- lobster galore, lots of local brews.. diet out the window. For 10 days of lobster and ale, the 3 pound damage wasn't bad at all. I was doing tons of hiking, rowing, climbing, etc. which probably helped offset the intake.

So, back to reality, and back to the dieting!
227.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it. I just got back from 2 vacations and not eating on the diet for 2 weeks and gained the same amount you did, 3 lbs. So, get back to your routine and smash that fat. :)

mmmmmmm......lobster and beer:) I gained about 3 pounds on my vacation and it all came off withing a couple days when I went back on EFM so don't sweat it, yours should come right off as well.
