Great day today so far. Feel energized and just full of vitality. I attribute it to staying "clean" on phase 1. I have this beautiful pimple on my face that's starting to look like a fist. I guess that's all the junk from my system literally coming out of my pores. I take it as a good sign that the plan is working for me not only to lose weight but also cleaning me out. Time for lunch!
