Got a clean bill of health from my Dr. He says that the only thing is that I'm overweight (shocker:) However, he did notice that I'm working on it. He was very impressed at how much weight I lost in 2 weeks. He thinks it's a great plan and suggested that I start taking Magnesium in addition to the multivitamin and Omega 3 that I'm already taking. I'm totally psyched about the 3 lbs. I lost this past week. I was afraid that I was going to see no change or perhaps an increase. It was very exciting to see that I'm no longer in the 190's. Yeahhhhhh for my little victory. Gotta keep on going.
