I finally made it to the 150's i really thought when i started this i would never see anything in the 150's but now that i am eating right and exercising i feel so good =} Its hard to believe that i have lost 21 lbs and i feel great!!!!!! I am also proud of myself for NOT cheating on thanksgiving it was alot easier then i thought it would be now just got get through christmas and new years =}~ i hope everyone else is doing good!!!!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

AWESOME effort! The "50's" are A LONG ways for me to go but I have mini goals....maybe next year this time I'll see the (1) 50's.... I feel your pride!
