Valentine's candy (a gift) kept calling my name and I finally succumbed, then went on a mini-binge of general overeating (but still not many carbs except the candy, which was enough). I actually gained and only just now got back to where I was last week.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
