I am crying! I got a full night's sleep, finally put my foot down and turned the tv off at 9:30 to start falling asleep. Woke up this morning almost three pounds lighter! That's almost six pounds in three days! I am thrilled. I have yet to take my measurements, but seeing these numbers is a huge mood boost!
