.2.....That's all that is keeping me from losing 20 pounds. Maybe next week I will finally hit it. This week has been crappy since I go a super bad cold but my eating has stayed in check. My in-laws took us to my ULTIMATE favorite restaurant where I always get the cheese wantons and chicken nachos. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and only ate half the bun. No side item either (ie. french fries or chips) and didn't induldge in the huge plate of nachos they got as an appetizer. This will power shit sucks! Losing about half a pound a week though and the hubby was excited to see the changes ;)
