169.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been stuck in the 170's for months. After recording everything that went in my mouth for the last week it has helped me be more accountable. The Annual Weightloss Challenge started again and the first week I did good and then the second week I had to pay $3 for not hitting the goal for that week. You will not get my $3 this week! 6 pounds to go and I am back at the weight I was before I had my daughter...6 and a half years ago! So motivated to see that 169 show up today...2 more pounds and I will have dropped 20 since August 15,2011. Slow and steady, so glad I finally committed mentally to this lifestyle change.

It looks like you did real good! Keep up the good work. Fine something that works for you and go with it! I just find it difficult to understand paying for a free website. Going to WW and paying was more than enough for me. It did not however make me learn to eat correctly. This I have to do it for myself ONLY! I learned that I never did the program correctly. In my mind it was starve, and deprive yourself to lose the weight. I have seen that is not the way to do it, going against your body. But, I have done it for way too long, and way too much of it, that it just all seems like it is normal to me. I wish young girls would see that it is just as important how you lose the weight, as loosing it, for the long run, anyway! Much good luck to you! Wish I had that number going for me as well!! You keep up the good work, and in the good, and healthy manner that you lost it! Good luck to all out there!
