Scale hasnt moved; weight loss formula says i need to drop calories to 1247 a day to lose weight. *SIGH* i am gonna starve!

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 February 2012:
1244 kcal Fat: 64.00g | Prot: 127.35g | Carb: 47.87g.   Breakfast: Cauliflower (Frozen), truvia, flax meal, baking powder, cinnamon, egg, truvia, coffee. Lunch: parmesan cheese, boneless skinless chicken breast. Dinner: beef bouill, french cut green beans, cauliflower, onion, green pepper, beef stew meat. Snacks/Other: atkins shake, atkins advantage, sugar free jello. more...

Never starve yourself - just add more exercise!

Don't starve yourself. If you're eating well and have the time, I'd try to either do more exercise or change up your exercise. If you're body needs the fuel and you actually feel hungry, don't deny yourself some fruit or veggies at least, you don't want to suffer or you may go back to the ways that brought you here in the first place. Good luck!!

I work 3 jobs waitressing/bartending...I walk/stand 12-14 hours a day. Believe me when I say that, along with a son n hubby to take care of in my "spare" time, I DO NOT have time for working out too. I was just whining earlier...I will cut my calories n continue with atkins. I didn't lose 108 lbs already by giving up...lol!! Thanks for the responses tho!

Rose, you can't lose on Atkins eating a low cal diet...Atkins recommends between 1500 and 1800 a day. Remember you are close to your goal and as a result the weight loss will slow down. Also you may want to think about adding some more carbs and moving into the next phase.

Well, yes I can lose on atkins n lower calories...I have done it...n AM doing it!!! My carbs are at 20 a day, and. I stopped losing...as in for 3 months I stalled. I lowered my calories and now lose around a lb a week. Not telling anyone else to try this, just saying it is working for me. Thanks for the input!!

I have tried weight watchers and found it to really work. I never starve and feel great have lost and average 2 pounds a week along with inches.

i can't afford weight watchers, no way no how...and i prefer atkins in that it is not a diet i am on, its a lifestyle. But i am glad it is working for you!!!
