Day 49 of new lifestyle and routine, and I'm still ecstatic about today's weigh in. I feel that it's an awesome pay off for this last week's hard work. I'm finally in the 230's, and I'm in the yellow of my weight history for the first time. Yes! I haven't been in the 230's since the end of my junior year of college, three years ago. Yes.yes.yes.

Yesterday, we threw a pizza party for the residents of the apartment complex I work at. I knew it was a recipe for disaster- pizza, wings, breadsticks, desserts galore from a local pizzaria. I am so proud of myself for sticking to my plan. The night before, I planned out my entire day of calories, and it definitely worked. I stuck to two slices cheese pizza, small salad with fat free Italian dressing, and a mini cream puff for dessert. I'm so happy I didn't smell the food and immediately go insane.

I'm still going strong without soda (not a single sip!) and without fast food (I slipped up and had Wendy's once since starting). This is such a change from before, when soda and fast food was a staple several times a week.

I'm starting to notice more of a difference in my body, which is exciting.

Tomorrow is measuring tape day! The last time I measured 2 weeks ago, I had lost 3 inches in my waist. Hopefully I will continue to see change.
