Well were almost at the end of week two. I really wanted to be under 240lbs but i weighed myself bofre working out 241.8 after 240.0 so close. Ive almost lost 10 lbs in two weeks i should be more excited. I guess im blinded by "bigest loser" cause they lose like 10 lbs per week. i know that they work out all day and are on strict diets. so im happy im losing weight and next week it will be great to see the 230s.
240.8 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
