Today is the begining of week two I am really excited that things wend well during week one. I hope to be under 240lbs soon. Its been almost six months since ive been below that. My workouts have continued well. I am working out T W TH and having my big work outs over the weekend. Also i am coupling that with core strengthening and yoga. I really want to lean down.
I am thinking about going to the doctor for a physical so i can get some good advice and baselines for my diet plan. So anyway hurray for me lets keep it up.
