So im frustrated today. I thought that i would have gone down to under 240 today from yesterdays work out. and my weight went up. Granted today im wearing heavy cloths i.e. jeans and heavy shirts. but i wouldnt think that that would make my weight go up that much. I'm tired today didnt sleep well last night. im sure its just a fluke. this weekend i will be doing my full workout im hoping to run for at least a mile and a half straight. or two miles straight.

Its just a bad way to start out the day. My aura is cloudy now. Im going to walk on my breaks at work. i just wish i were more active at my job.

Well this is a bad post. but i feel a little better. Ive been noticing that my cloths are fitting better so thats nice. Those college jeans will be mine again soon. ha ha.

Yes, your clothes can make you go up in weight. Your workout could cause your water weight to also go up. Google "why the scale lies" and stay on plan. It will work out.
