Expecting a stressful day here at work, so I am just trying to breathe and focus on what I am doing. My exercise bike won't be here until next week and I am anxious to get started using it. I am just keeping my weight the same this week because of TOM. I know that as long as I am following the plan, I am not gaining and anything on the scale is just the temporary result of hormones. I hope everyone is staying focused and feeling good about the accomplishments so far.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2012:

I hope you're feeling good about your accomplishments so far! You've done a lot of work and you're definitely focused so you'll be fine. Try and do some breathing (sit down and actually think through 100 breaths...or 20 :D) and it can make a huge release on your stress level. One day at a time!

Thanks for the good thoughts. It'll be fun to see what happens with it since a lot of people say its inconclusive but they feel better when they abstain.
