Expecting a stressful day here at work, so I am just trying to breathe and focus on what I am doing. My exercise bike won't be here until next week and I am anxious to get started using it. I am just keeping my weight the same this week because of TOM. I know that as long as I am following the plan, I am not gaining and anything on the scale is just the temporary result of hormones. I hope everyone is staying focused and feeling good about the accomplishments so far.
