Well it's hump day. Hope everyone had a nice Valentine's day yesterday. We don't make a big deal of it,so we just exchanged cards and a little gift. It's pretty crazy at work today because the owner of the company is coming in from LA tommorow. I am happy though because the scale has been going back and forth all week between 200 and 201. Today it was 200. :) I also did a quick measurement of my waist and hips. In less than two weeks I am down over 2 inches in my waist and 1 inch on my hips! Nothing raises your mood and gives you motivation like visual proof of progress! Have a good day everyone!
