Great drop! I've started something new - Carb cycling. Keeps the body guessing. I've only done a couple of days but will keep trying.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
