Starting GoLo plan. Quick start 7 days then Resue planning on getting to 135 by Christmas. Walking 30 min 5 days week. Following a life style eating plan to develop good eating habits. Working in garden and getting out of lounge chair more often less TV.scheduling days with much more physical activutes. Looking forward to a new me.
