Starting to stick to a diet. I exercise often enough, but am missing the diet end of things to lose weight. I'm pretty much maintaining weight, but would feel much better if I ate better along with my exercise.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
