Just filled in my food for yesterday and the net carbs are really high and I hardly ate anything! But it was a special day. I had my interview at Uni and when I went to the cafe expecting to be able to get a salad there was nothing that I could remotely eat bar fresh cream of veg soup. The counter says that there would have been 11 carbs! Don't think so .. Tasted like water! I had to have something though! Then I had to celebrate and de-stress from the relief afterwr and 2 glasses of wine. Its def the wine that gets me in this induction - I can't go a week without a glass or two. However I am now on antibiotics so I won't be drinking for a week! I had 2 mcdonalds cheeseburgers for lunch today (minus the buns) OOHH they were yummy! I think it was that little bit of ketchup that gets on them!! I can't get it up in the food diary though!
