WHAT OTHER DIET COULD DO THAT! Didn't get to journal yesterday but It was the end of week 3 and I lost 4 lbs!! That makes exactly a stone in 3 weeks! What other diet could do that without starving onesself! WHOOP ! WHOOP! And unlike all the other times I have tried I felt such a sense of drive and determination! I had friends round for study today and they bought homemade biscuits and I wasn't even tempted . THey weren't evil they didn't know I was on a diet!
